The loyalty program is open to any individual residing in Canada or the United States who has created a customer account on bergerefrance.com.

Members earn points for each purchase made on the website, according to the following scale:

• Like our Facebook page: 50 points (awarded once)
• Follow on Instagram: 50 points (awarded once)
• Celebrate a birthday: 200 points
• Place an order: 3 points for every 1 CAD spent (calculated before taxes and shipping fees)

Points are credited once the order has been shipped and confirmed.

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts under the following terms: 500 Points = $5 CAD off.
Points can be used as soon as they are available, with no minimum purchase required. They can be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

When a customer returns an order paid with loyalty points (or a loyalty coupon), the process varies depending on the situation: 

• If the loyalty coupon has not been used: it is automatically deleted from the customer’s account, and the corresponding points are re-credited to their balance.
• If the loyalty coupon has already been used: it cannot be cancelled, but the points can be manually refunded through the administration interface. The discount code will remain marked as used.

In addition, any points originally earned from that purchase will be automatically cancelled once the order status changes to “Refunded.”

Points have no expiration date and remain valid as long as the customer’s account is active. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between multiple customer accounts.

Bergère de France reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in the loyalty program in cases of abuse or non-compliance with these terms of use.

The terms and conditions of the loyalty program may be modified at any time. Members will be informed of any changes by email or through the website.
