Refund policy

For any return request, please contact us at info@bergeredefrance.ca with the following information:

• Your email address

• Your order number

• The type of product concerned (yarn balls or accessories)

• The exact name of the item you wish to return

After validating your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to attach to your package.

Return conditions

For yarn balls:

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 7 days following receipt of your order.

• The package must be returned within 10 days following receipt of the return label.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete and unused.

• The entirety of the same item must be returned (e.g., all balls of the same color).

For needles, hooks, and accessories:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• You have 10 days after receipt to return the items.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund and credit

Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will issue a credit equivalent to the purchase amount to your customer account, in the form of a gift certificate, redeemable on your next order.

Exceptions

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

• Books and patterns

• Skeins that have already been wound

• Items purchased on sale or promotion

Important notes

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused.

Bergère de France cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.
