With your account, you can:

  • View your full order history anytime
  • Save multiple delivery addresses and reuse them easily
  • Save your favorite items to a wishlist for later
  • Share your wishlist with friends
  • Access your downloadable pattern files

If you already created an account and confirmed it via the link sent to your email, please check the following:

  • Make sure you’re on the Canadian site: bergeredefrance.ca
  • Confirm you’re using the same email address you used to register

  • Go to Contact Info to update your name or password
  • Visit Address Book to change or add billing/shipping addresses

Important: Shipping info used for your order is based on what you enter at checkout. If you're using a temporary address or delivery point, make sure it's accurate before placing your order. We’re starting fresh, with a new system and a new approach. Thanks for understanding.

Sadly, we don’t have access to any past orders placed through the old North America site. That business is now closed, and this is a new Canadian venture.

We’re starting with a curated collection of 12 essential yarns, chosen for their quality and versatility. The range may grow over time based on your needs and seasonal trends.

At this time, this site is for Canadian customers only. For international orders, please visit the official Bergère de France France site.

No, each site operates independently. The Canadian site only carries locally stocked products with Canada-based customer support and shipping.

This site is online only.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and clicking on "My Downloads."

Important: If your order includes both physical items and PDFs, the PDFs won’t be shipped. They will appear on your invoice and can be downloaded from your account.

Sometimes PDFs display incorrectly. Here’s what to do:

  • Try downloading it again from your account
  • Use Adobe Reader: https://get.adobe.com/fr/reader/
  • Try a different device (computer, phone, tablet)

Having trouble printing the PDF?Try this:

  • Open the file in Adobe Reader
  • Go to File > Print
  • In Advanced Settings, check "Print as image

Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 10 business days after checkout.Delivery takes up to 5 business days after your order is packed (except in the case of restocking delays).

Most parcels are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.Delivery options include:

If you placed your order on our site, log into your account, click "View Order," then click "Shipments" to track it.

Once an order is confirmed, changes to contents or shipping address are no longer possible. Please double-check your info before submitting your order.

Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • If possible, refuse the package at delivery
  • If you accepted the parcel, contact us at info@bergeredefrance.ca

To speed things up, include photos of the package and the shipping label. Be sure to mention your name and invoice number in the subject line.

Returns and refunds

Email info@bergeredefrance.ca with the following:

  • Your email address and order number
  • Product type (yarn or accessories)
  • The item name(s) you wish to return

We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

For yarns:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Ship the return within 10 days of receiving the return label
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Full sets only (e.g., all balls of the same color)

For needles, hooks, and accessories:

  • Return shipping is at your cost
  • You have 10 days after delivery to return them
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Once received, we’ll issue a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for your next purchase.
